We will be hosting our West Linn High School Football auction on October 4th, 2025 to raise funds to offset the expenses of the football program. The boosters club supports the refurbishing of helmets, coaching camps, footballs, coaching costs, apparel items for players and much more. This year’s theme at the Oregon Golf Club is, “A Havana Night in the Jungle.
Due to the growing numbers in our football program (over 180+ players), as well as the cost per player to participate, we hope you will join us in sponsoring our event. Any donated item is much appreciated. We are also looking for business sponsors for the big event:
$5000 “Welcome to the Jungle” Main Event Sponsor (1 Available): Company logo displayed largest on formal invitation, as well as social media recognition, logo on program, verbal recognition throughout the night, company logo on Welcome sign at entry of event. Includes a VIP table for 8 and 2 bottles of table wine.
$2500 “State Champion” Sponsors: Catering & DJ Sponsors (4 Available): Your company name displayed on a sign on the catering table at the event, as well as social media recognition and your company logo on our invitation that goes out to 150+ families. Logo on event program. This event will be catered by Oregon Golf Club. 2 tickets to attend the event.
$500 “INTERCEPTION” Sponsors: (6 available) Your company logo on a shared sign near the stage, as well as social media recognition on WLHS football Instagram..
$250 “1st DOWN” Sponsors: your company logo on an 8x10 framed display at the dessert table. Thank you on social media.
